The Family Place

The Family Place has been a leader in the work to stop family violence since 1978. Their holistic approach provides a clear path for families to progress from fear to safety.

From Rahim — “As a child, I was raised in an abusive atmosphere. Like too many I witnessed way too much anger and violence to myself and my family. Now, as a musician with a voice, I have found and support The Family Place. It’s an organization that helps families actually in crisis. They are the safe place. Throughout the year I have benefit concerts to raise awareness and collect bathroom supplies of the families in their care.”
